This department also provides hands on training of various ancient and modern pharmaceutical procedures. The department has a huge collection of mineral / herbo-mineral drugs, charts and models. Department has well designed teaching pharmacy in a wide area to cater the needs of teaching the essentials of processing and formulation knowledge to students. It has all the basic necessary instruments and devices for the students to learn the basics of preparing medicines. Periodical visits to other manufacturing ayurvedic pharmacies are arranged for the students.
